Order Delivery

a．Verify order details

Ensure accurate and up-to-date order information is available, which includes stone number and quantity, delivery address, contact and any specific delivery instructions.

b．Plan a delivery route

Plan the most efficient route to save time and reduce delivery distances.

c．Choose reliable transport

Choose the appropriate transport according to the product size, weight, fragile of stone. We can choose to import and export by sea (most), rail, air and so on.

d．Protect and package stone

To prevent damage in the transport, we use special way to pack the product securely.

e．Inspect goods and make up the balance

When the goods arrive at the delivery point, the stone products are safely unloaded, and customer can inspect the delivered stone product to make sure that they comply with order information. If the customer finds any inconsistency or damage when inspecting, customer can contact us in time to discuss the solution. If there is no error , the customer must make up the balance before delivery.
