a．Detail check：Check carefully all details of orders(including the styles, quantity, specific size and amount of stone) 

b．Draft the order confirmation：Drafting a formal order confirmation document needs following documents：

The name and contact information of customer

The name and contact information of company

Stone product description

The quantity of stone order 

Unit-price and total price

Terms and methods of payment

c．Ensure that all information in the order confirmation is accurate and consistent with what was discussed.

d．Contact customer to confirm order details. Use e-mail, Whatsapp or other connect way to complete. Sign the contract and pay the deposit after confirmation.
